Forgot Password

​A Universal Project 365 Subscription account gives you access to services such as Advanced Viewer or Complete Editor on all devices and platforms. We ask just a valid email address and password during sign up in order to keep your account secure and make sure you have a great experience, no matter which device or platform you use.

The Forgot Password functionality allows you to recover your Universal Projects Subscription account in case you forgot your password. If you're having trouble signing into your account, we can help you by sending you a code necessary for resetting you password, so ​​that you can specify a new password for your account. To reset your password, you'll need to know the email address for your Universal Projects Subscription account.

​In case you forgot your password of your Universal Project 365 Subscription account, you can regain access to it by setting a new password. You can achieve this from the application by following the next steps:

      1. Open an application, such as Project Plan or Project Viewer.           

      2. In the upper right corner of the app's window, click Sign In. (If you see a name instead of Sign In, it means you're already signed in to the app.)


      Besides this, you can also Sign In from the File menu. To this end, select File and in the backstage menu press on Account. Then click on Sign In button.



    3. Once you've done this, a Sign In dialog will be displayed, which requires you to specify a valid email address and a password, necessary to sign in with a Universal Projects Subscription account. In case you already have a Universal Projects Subscription account, but you no longer remember the password for your account, in order to regain access over it, press on "Forgot password?" text.



        4. After this, you will be directed to a webpage, where you must enter the email address that you used when you created your account. Press on Send verification mail button. An email will be sent to the email address that you specified, containing a code needed to set a new password for your account.



       5. Check your email inbox, and In the webpage that is shown, enter the code that you received in your email. On this webpage you will be able to set the new password for your account. Lastly, press on Change Password button to set the new password for your account.
